What training here means

Members use the gym for strength work, weight training, cardio and general fitness. Fitness guidance is available as practical help with getting started. It is not a medical consultation.

Personal training and weight-management support are not listed here unless the gym adds them later. If you do not see them, ask the gym rather than assuming they are included.

Strength and Resistance Training

Strength and resistance training at SRAN FITNESS GYM is for people who want to get stronger through consistent workouts. Training uses resistance that you can control. If you are new to this style of exercise, ask the gym how to start and how to progress. A description on this website is an invitation to enquire. It is not a promise of a particular result.

Weight Training

Weight training covers exercise that uses weights. Ask SRAN FITNESS GYM which weight-training options are available on the floor, and start with a load you can control. The gym can explain how a session is usually approached. Equipment on a given day should be confirmed when you visit or enquire.

Cardio Workouts

Cardio workouts are for members who want to train stamina alongside their other exercise. Ask the gym which cardio options are available during your visit. Duration and effort should match your current fitness. If you have a health concern, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before you increase intensity.

General Fitness Programs

General fitness programmes suit members who want a regular mix of exercise rather than a single speciality. SRAN FITNESS GYM can explain how to use a visit for balanced training. Programmes are discussed with you. They are not a medical plan and they do not guarantee a specific physical result.

Fitness Guidance

Members can ask SRAN FITNESS GYM for practical guidance on how to begin, how to use the training floor, and how to keep a regular routine. This is gym guidance. It is not a medical consultation. One-to-one coaching is a separate matter and is offered only when the gym confirms it.

Ask what is included

Before you join, confirm the equipment you want to use, the hours, and whether any one-to-one support is part of the membership.
